Enjoy a peaceful 1-hour guided ride through natural trails on horseback that take you through the jungles, along the beach, and wading through the water.
After horseback riding, it’s off to the hangout. At The Hangout, you will get to interact and learn all about our animals, with a guided tour through the sanctuary. After you monkey around with the monkeys and sloths, we then hop in a boat and go off to explore the beautiful under water sites! The boat ride is under five minutes, as the reef is practically in our backyard! This excursion is great for all ages, and we have lifejackets available on the barge for any children, or adults that aren’t great swimmers.
We include all snorkel gear and have a guide in the water with you showing you all of the beauty! Total snorkel time is about 45 minutes to one hour in the water.
Total excursion time for horseback riding monkey snorkeling is about 4-5 hours, including transportation time to and from the port. You will be back in port AT LEAST ONE HOUR before your ship leaves. $110 per person. If your time allows it, you’re also able to stop at the private island beach resort called “Brady’s Cay,” where you can lounge out on the beach at your own leisure while enjoying local drinks and lunch before heading back to your ship. (Beach stop additional 10$).

Our policy is to have our guest back to the ship at the very least 1 hour before departure time. Please note that you’re able to return to your ship at any time during your excursion.
Please note that if you are staying on the island, this option is available to you as well! Pricing is the same for people coming to and from resorts on the island.
All excursions include pick up and drop off at your ship at least ONE HOUR before your ship leaves! We arrange pickup for one hour after your ship comes into port, to ensure that you have time to enjoy the island! We arrive in port at the time your ship docks here in Roatan, and we wait for you to disembark. We say pickup time is one hour after arrival, to allow for time to avoid the crowds all disembarking at once, but you’re able to come off before that if you wish. We will be there ready to show you our beautiful island!
Please note that none of the excursion prices include lunch. On the island tour excursion, or monkey snorkeling excursion, you’re welcome to stop to purchase food at the price of whatever you wish to purchase. The beach stop of Las Palmas Resort or Brady’s Cay has a restaurant on the beach!
